Company Profile

Kairos Industrial Company was registered in March 2004 and started trading in the same month. The company has its own manufacturing plant and manufactures all of its own products. The company provides products in different categories, namely disinfectant chemicals, household chemicals, industrial chemicals and other specialized chemicals.
All our products have Material Safety Data Sheets, which are available to all customers on request.

Kairos Industrial Chemicals has a staff complement of eight (12) people that is qualified and has the necessary experience to provide an excellent product and good service to their customers.
The company is managed by Mr. C. R. Steyn, who has 29 years experience in manufacturing chemical products (of which 7 years in Botswana at Botfic). Mr. C. R. Steyn also serves on the Technical Committee of BOBS to help re-write all existing standards, so that the new standards will comply within Botswana. All staff members have worked in chemical companies before joining Kairos Industrial Chemicals.

All sales staff are well trained by SAFIC in South Africa, with their combined experience adding up to 26 years.

Although it has been in existence for only 42 months, Kairos Industrial Chemicals has already distinguished itself as a major participant in the chemical market where it supplies products that are environmentally acceptable and user friendly.

Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to Kairos Industrial Chemicals, and to such a degree that we have introduced a Training Team. The team has been set up to organize training days in order to assist customers in using Kairos Industrial Chemicals products more effectively and maintain a higher standard of cleanliness.

Kairos Industrial Chemicals has set up a delivery infrastructure in order to provide a delivery time that satisfies their customers in the whole of Botswana. We deliver at the customer’s doorstep and our prices are competitive.

Because of the good reputation that Kairos Industrial Chemicals has built up since its establishment, it has developed a healthy relationship with its suppliers and bankers. The company has always honoured its obligations with all its stakeholders, and as a result they are happy to do business with Kairos Industrial Chemicals.
